The methods discussed are based on gender based behavioral research as it applies to women in the work force. Participants will walk away empowered and motivated with tangible goals and an actionable plan to move up the chain. They will also be equipped with resources for diving deeper into the areas they want to on their own.
The activities will help them practice these skills and solicit real time feedback from peers & facilitators.
